Zentron provides a platform for businesses to disburse payments to their suppliers and to earn reward points on settled volume.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the payment instructions you submit and for having the right to send funds to the recipients you specify.

Keep your credentials secure and your business details up to date. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Payouts are carried over banking and payment rails that have their own timings and limits. We work to settle promptly, but timing can depend on those rails and on the recipient's bank.

Reward points are credited on settled volume as described on our site. Point balances have no independent cash value and are subject to the program rules, which may change with notice.

Don't use Zentron for unlawful payments, to evade sanctions or reporting requirements, or in any way that harms the platform or other businesses on it.

The service is provided on the terms set out in your agreement with us. Nothing here is intended to exclude liability that can't be excluded under law.
